today is the day i'm convinced that we indeed have to pay for our sins, for everything gained out of ill actions will be something of equal importance taken away from us.

today is also the day that i am convinced that there is indeed something mystical and unexplainable about life, or what some might call the soul or spirit that exists within this sarcophagus of tissue and cells. all organisms no matter how small or large seem to possess a mystical life force that compels it to move, laugh, talk, eat, show emotion. without that, we're nothing.
